Fraud: We check all orders very carefully and do not ship orders until payment is cleared or authorized. Generally, we require all orders are shipped to the same address as that associated with the credit card. In addition, when you place an order your IP address, date, and time is collected. An IP address can be tracked to the computer used to place the order.

SSL ensures that communication, personal information is not tampered with during transmission. SSL encrypts or scrambles any information sent from you making it virtually impossible to tamper with. The information is unreadable should anyone try to intercept it. In addition, when you send a payment using Paypal, the recipient won't receive sensitive financial information like your credit card or bank account number. This way, you don't have to worry about paying people you don't know.

Returns/Refunds: At The Rainbow Road Our customers are very important to us. We hope that our products will deliver 100% satisfaction. If we fall short of that goal we will happily return or exchange any unused, non sale merchandise. The only exception to the rule is handmade or custom items, swimsuits and bath and body products can not be returned. Sale items can be exchanged or store credit can be issued. Refunds can only be made to the original credit card.

Sales Tax:  A sales tax of 8.25% will be charged to all orders shipped within California.

Shipping:

Standard shipping rates are as followed in chart.

Add $10.00 to the shipping total for Express Shipping.

Most items will SHIP the next business day. We are located in California so transit times may range from 2 - 10 days depending on where you are located in the USA. Express shipping is a 2 -3 day transit time. Transit time includes Monday -  Friday, not including holidays. We use the shipping services of both UPS and USPS. Packages shipped to Hawaii and Alaska, APO & FPO address may be subject to additional charges.

Special Offers:  The Rainbow Road will occasionally offer special promotional discounts and offers.  To take advantage of special offers, discount codes must be entered during the check-out process.  If the code is not entered, the discount will not be applied. Discounts cannot be applied after the order is placed.
