Fraud: We check all orders very carefully and do not ship orders until payment is cleared or authorized. Generally, we require all orders are shipped to the same address as that associated with the credit card. We also impose additional methods to prevent fraud with the latest technology available associated with online shopping. In addition, when you place an order your IP address, date, and time is collected. An IP address can be tracked to the computer used to place the order.

Payment Options:  You shop here and pay at Paypal. Paypal accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Discover, E-checks and Paypal. No Paypal account is needed.

Privacy and Security: 
When you send a payment using Paypal, You are paying on their secure server (SSL-Secure Socket Layer) . In addition to be a secure server, we don't receive or store sensitive financial information like your credit card or bank account number. This way, you don't have to worry about paying people you don't know.

Your privacy is very important to us. We do not distribute your personal information to third parties for any purpose.  We appreciate your interaction with us and we are committed to protect your personal information as we would our own.

Returns/Refunds: At The Rainbow Road Our customers are very important to us. We hope that our products will deliver 100% satisfaction. If we fall short of that goal we will happily return or exchange any unused, non sale merchandise within 2 weeks of purchase. The only exception to the rule is handmade or custom items, swimsuits and bath and body products can not be returned. Sale items can NOT be exchanged or returned.
If it has been more than 30 days from the date your item was shipped out, The Rainbow Road cannot return or exchange an item or provide store credit.

Please note, we will not credit or pay for return shipping on any order unless the item is damaged or incorrect due to our error. We will not accept returns without the order receipt. When you do return something, we recommend that you use a shipping method that can be tracked and insured, as we can't process a return we have not received.
Please allow 30 days for ANY refunds or credits to be processed and appear on your statement.

Sales Tax:  A sales tax of 9.75% will be charged to all orders shipped within California.

Shipping:

Standard shipping rates are as followed in chart.

Add $10.00 to the shipping total for Express Shipping.

Most items will SHIP the next business day. We are located in California so transit times may range from 2 - 10 days depending on where you are located in the USA. Express shipping is a 2 -3 day transit time. Transit time includes Monday -  Friday, not including holidays. We use the shipping services of both UPS and USPS. Packages shipped to Hawaii and Alaska, APO & FPO address may be subject to additional charges.

Special Offers:  The Rainbow Road will occasionally offer special promotional discounts and offers.  To take advantage of special offers, discount codes must be entered during the check-out process.  If the code is not entered, the discount will not be applied. Discounts cannot be applied after the order is placed.

Tracking your order:  You will be notified by email once your order is shipped.
